1) License & Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use AI-Deep Scanner in line with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA .

2) Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. The app code, branding, AI models, and related intellectual property remain the property of Indochina E.Logistic.

3) Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in illegal activity, infringement, or distributing harmful content.
• Attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or scrape the service.

4) Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or errors that may occur during conversion or processing.

5) Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.

6) In-App Purchases (iOS)

• Subscriptions are billed by Apple and auto-renew until canceled.
• Manage or cancel via Settings ▸ [Your name] ▸ Subscriptions on your device.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We do not collect or store your Apple ID payment card details.
• If you change devices, open the app and use the Restore Purchases option.

7) Web Payments (Non-iOS)

Additional payment methods, such as local gateways or bank transfer, may be offered on the website. These methods are not available within the iOS application.
