1) Data We Collect
Content you submit: photos/images, hand sketches, and documents used for conversion; optional attachments you send to Support.
LiDAR/Depth data (on supported devices) for building true-scale 3D models and live distance measurement.
Diagnostics: crash logs, basic device info (model/OS), and usage analytics to improve reliability.
Account/Contact: email only when you contact Support or create an account on the website.
Payments (iOS): handled by Apple. We receive non-personal transaction status only (e.g., product and entitlement).
2) How We Use Data
To process conversions (DXF/DWG/PDF/Word/Excel) and generate 3D/measure outputs.
To provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the app (diagnostics/analytics).
We do not sell personal data.
3) Processing & Retention
Processing may occur locally and/or in secure cloud workers. Transfers use TLS; data at rest is encrypted.
Conversion files are kept only as long as needed to complete your task or as required by law; support emails follow normal email retention.
4) Sharing
We may share data with vetted sub-processors (hosting, error logging, analytics) under data-protection agreements. We may disclose when required by law.
5) Your Rights
You can request deletion or a copy of personal data we hold. Contact: [email protected].
6) Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region).
7) Updates
We will post changes here and update the “Last updated” date.

1) License & Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms and the
Apple Standard EULA.
2) Ownership
You retain rights to your content. App code, branding, and models remain the property of Indochina E.Logistic.
3) Prohibited
Illegal activities, infringement, harmful content, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, reselling, or scraping the service.
4) Liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or conversion errors to the extent permitted by law.
5) Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
In-App Purchases (iOS)
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and auto-renew until canceled.
We do not process or store card numbers or Apple ID billing info.
Restore on a new device: open the app ▸ Account ▸ Restore Purchases.
Web-Only Payments (Not available in iOS app)
For website purchases only, additional methods (e.g., bank transfer or local gateways) may be offered on the web. These methods are not shown or usable inside the iOS app.

Nội dung bạn cung cấp: ảnh/tài liệu để chuyển đổi; tệp đính kèm khi liên hệ Hỗ trợ.
Dữ liệu LiDAR/độ sâu (thiết bị hỗ trợ) để dựng 3D đúng tỷ lệ và đo khoảng cách theo thời gian thực.
Chẩn đoán: nhật ký lỗi, thông tin thiết bị cơ bản (model/iOS), thống kê sử dụng để cải thiện ổn định.
Tài khoản/Liên hệ: email khi bạn liên hệ hỗ trợ hoặc tạo tài khoản trên website.
Thanh toán (iOS): do Apple xử lý; chúng tôi chỉ nhận trạng thái giao dịch phi cá nhân (sản phẩm, hiệu lực).
2) Mục đích sử dụng
Xử lý chuyển đổi (DXF/DWG/PDF/Word/Excel) và tạo kết quả 3D/đo đạc.
Cung cấp hỗ trợ, ngăn lạm dụng, cải thiện ứng dụng (chẩn đoán/phân tích).
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.
3) Xử lý & lưu trữ

Xử lý cục bộ và/hoặc trên đám mây an toàn (mã hóa TLS khi truyền, mã hóa khi lưu).
Tệp chuyển đổi chỉ được lưu trong thời gian cần thiết để hoàn tất tác vụ hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp luật; email hỗ trợ theo vòng đời hộp thư.
4) Chia sẻ
Có thể chia sẻ với nhà cung cấp hạ tầng/ghi lỗi/phân tích theo hợp đồng bảo vệ dữ liệu; tiết lộ theo yêu cầu pháp luật.
5) Quyền của bạn
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá hoặc nhận bản sao dữ liệu cá nhân. Liên hệ: [email protected].
6) Trẻ em
Dịch vụ không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu theo khu vực).
7) Cập nhật
Mọi thay đổi sẽ được thông báo tại đây cùng ngày cập nhật.

2) Sở hữu
Bạn sở hữu nội dung của mình. Mã nguồn/nhãn hiệu/mô hình thuộc Indochina E.Logistic.
3) Cấm
Hoạt động trái pháp luật, vi phạm bản quyền, nội dung độc hại, lách giới hạn.
Dịch ngược, giải mã, bán lại, thu thập tự động.
4) Trách nhiệm
Dịch vụ cung cấp “nguyên trạng”. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm thiệt hại gián tiếp/mất dữ liệu/lỗi chuyển đổi trong phạm vi luật cho phép.
5) Tạm ngưng/Chấm dứt
Có thể tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt khi vi phạm.
Mua Trong Ứng Dụng (iOS)
Đăng ký do Apple tính phí và tự gia hạn cho đến khi hủy.
Quản lý/Hủy: Cài đặt ▸ [Tên của bạn] ▸ Đăng ký.
Dùng thử (nếu có) sẽ chuyển sang trả phí nếu không hủy trước ít nhất 24 giờ.
Chúng tôi không xử lý/lưu thông tin thẻ hay thanh toán Apple ID.
Khôi phục khi đổi máy: mở ứng dụng ▸ Tài khoản ▸ Khôi phục mua hàng.
Thanh Toán Trên Web (Không áp dụng trong ứng dụng iOS)
Trên website có thể cung cấp phương thức bổ sung (chuyển khoản/cổng nội địa). Các phương thức này không hiển thị hay sử dụng trong ứng dụng iOS.
